a range of subjects along with necessary emergency
contact information.
Completion
of the enrolment form and is requred in order
to secure a position for your child.
Please
hand to director upon first day of arrival at
the preschool:

copy of your child’s Birth Certificate.
- Your
child’s immunisation record.
